We have our own Stamping Tool tryout presses, ranging from 125 t to 800 t. And the biggest table size is 4200 mm * 2000 mm. So we can produce Stamping tools & dies for industries from electronics to automotive parts.
Progressive dies refer to this kind of dies that contain many working stations. When the die is working , it can finish several operations at the same time. Every time the press performs the pressing stroke , the strip moves forward at the same pitch until it finishes the final part and it will produce parts continuously.
The technology of progressive dies were transmitted into China Mainland from China Taiwan in 20th century 80s . Since then the technology has developed rapidly in China and it has the tendency and potential to grow better and better.
